Warranty
Each vehicle operated by the original purchaser under normal use and
conditions in the Continental United States, purchased from our
retail stores or website, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period
of thirty days, subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations
stated below which will be strictly applied. If the vehicle is rented
or used for commercial purposes, this Warranty is null and void.
BOR Moto sport, (BOR motorsports performs associated repairs at our discretion.)
Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, all components
of the vehicle are warranted to the original retail purchaser against any defect in the
materials and workmanship arising from normal use for thirty days from the
date of purchase. and the internal engine parts are warranted
against defects in materials by BOR Motorsports, for
NORMAL USE
This Warranty covers only defects in original components which arise from normal
use and does not apply if the vehicle has been subjected to negligence, crash, accident,
abuse, misuse, neglect, overload, extreme riding, racing, stunt work, competitive racing,
vandalism, modification of any kind, fire or theft.
MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT
The oil that the vehicle is shipped with must be replaced after the break
in period, 1 gas tank or 1 week of ownership witch ever comes first.
failure to follow maintenance guidelines WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
The following maintenance must be performed as general maintenance
(after the break in period), ( before every use) Check/Clean air filter (when needed),
Check fuel filter, check Oil (add or change when needed). Also a full inspection of vehicle.
( For your's and others safety)
AS NEEDED MAINTENANCE
Chain adjustment, brake cable adjustment, brake fluid
check / adjust, tire inflation, change spark plug and radiator coolant, nut & bolt safety
check on entire bike. (where applicable)(as needed)

failure to follow maintenance guidelines WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
Carburetors gummed up from lack of setting up properly,
old gas, or ethanol will not be covered.
Your new vehicle comes equipped with a standard air filter if you are in dusty, sandy,
or any other extreme conditions an upgraded air filter is required
failure to do so will void any and all warranties
If any vehicle is tampered with or repaired by any other business or person then
Bor Motosport (BOR MOTOR SPORTS) warranty will be VOID!
(Excluding normal maintenance)
WEARABLE PARTS EXCLUDED
But may be covered if part is defected (at our discretion)
Normal wear items, including but not limited to, hoses, lubricants, gaskets,
brake handles, brake shoes, brake pads, seats, seat covers, light bulbs,
fuses, spark plugs, tires, rims, drive belts, additional belts, batteries
(manufacturer only provides starter batteries), starters, air filters,fuel filters,
plastics, molding's, faring's, body parts, engine covers, body panels, gaskets,
C V boots, clutch wear parts, any part made from rubber, battery chargers,
batteries, shocks, clips, nuts, bolts, fasteners, racks, rings, or chains
will not be replaced due to wear.
MAINTENANCE IS NOT COVERED!
LIMITATIONS
Transportation/Shipping of any vehicle or parts after sale to
and/or from any of our service centers shall be the sole responsibility of the owner.
Any costs of third party labor or any additional parts, tools or procedures required
to replace a defective part is hereby excluded. Replacement parts are subject to
availability from the manufacturer.
All other obligation or liabilities, including incidental or consequential damages
or contingent liabilities arising out of the failure of any parts to operate properly,
are hereby excluded. Including but not limited to any damages resulting from
loss of use, inconvenience, loss of time, commercial loss, or any other
type of damages or expenses, general or specific, foreseen or unforeseen, unless
applicable state law provides otherwise. (I.e. rental car, gasoline charges,
loss of income, towing charges, telephone calls, property damage, or legal fees)
REQUIRED WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
Within five (5) days of discovering a defect with your vehicle, you must notify one of our
service centers and make arrangements to bring the vehicle in for inspection.

Additional Instructions for Engine
Owner must maintain and maintenance there vehicle including oil changes,
fuel filter changes, air filter changes, and spark plug replacements.

BOR Moto sport, (BOR motorsports) will run diagnostics on the
returned vehicle to deem if a defect is at fault.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other express warranties and representations.
BOR Moto sport, (BOR motorsports) makes no representation of any kind,
express or implied, with respect to vehicles whether as to merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose or any other matter. No one, including an authorized
BOR Moto sport, (BOR motorsports) dealer is authorized to make further or additional
warranties on behalf of BOR Moto sport, (BOR motorsports).
All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for intended use are limited to
warranty periods stated above, unless any applicable state law provides otherwise.
BOR Moto sport, (BOR motorsports) MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES
AND THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON
THE FACE OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Errors and/or omissions may apply. BOR Moto sport,
(BOR motorsports) and its employees are not responsible for any liability (personal or tangible)
that may arise from riding loading,unloading or anything else that may accrue from use of our vehicles.
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
For your safety and the safety of all riders of your vehicle, BOR Moto sport, (BOR motorsports)
recommends that any assembly or maintenance on your vehicle should be performed by a
certified mechanic. This will ensure that any unforeseen issues that arise will be
adequately addressed by a trained professional.
Possible issues that could arise include,
but are not limited to, electrical connections that have become disconnected, vacuum or fuel
hose(s) that have become dislodged, and/or loose nuts and bolts that may need to be
tightened. While these issues are usually simple for a mechanic to fix, they can be extremely
difficult to troubleshoot for someone lacking proper training.

PERFORMS LABOR PARTS WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED FOR CUSTOMER INSTALLATION.

Please note that replacement parts procurement is subject to availability from
the manufacturer. BOR Moto sport, (BOR motorsports) does not manufacture parts.
BOR Moto sport, (BOR motorsports) has a trained and knowledgeable staff of technicians
who are able to assist with troubleshooting your vehicle during normal business hours.
